Nancy-Ann DeParle is a founding partner at Consonance Capital Partners, a private equity firm that focuses on investing in the U.S. healthcare industry. DeParle served as Administrator of the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), now CMS, from 1997-2000. She was a commissioner of the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) from 2002-08 and served as Counselor to the President and Director of the White House Office of Health Reform (2009-11) and Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy (2011-13) in the Obama White House.
