Dr. Frankowski leads the strategic development of a high value network of providers and facilities for Mercy Health's Clinically Integrated Network as well as the development of population health initiatives designed to produce higher quality healthcare at a lower cost. She engages with physicians across the Mercy Health Network as well as with employers and payers in the markets to improve the quality of care provided.
