Leigh Hutchins is the CEO of NAMM California and PrimeCare Medical Network, Inc. (PMNI), affiliate organizations partnering with physicians to provide better quality and more affordable care to the residents they serve in Southern California. She also serves as the COO for OptumCare's Pacific West Region NAMM/PMNI coordinate care to about 250,000 members in Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties through 17 Independent Practice Associations (IPAs) comprised of over 600 contracted Primary Care Physicians. NAMM and PMNI partner with the major HMO plans in California for both commercial and Medicare lines of business. Through an affiliate organization, NAMM also coordinates care for 150,000 managed medi-cal members. NAMM has been recognized as being a Favorite Medical Group and Top Workplace in the region. Ms. Hutchins has over 25 years of progressively responsible health care management experience. She joined NAMM in 1993 and has held various positions in the areas of payor and provider contracting, network development, transactional services and IPA operations. Prior to joining NAMM, Ms. Hutchins worked for FHP HealthCare. Her commitment to promoting the wellbeing of her communities has led to her active participation in charitable organizations such as the American Heart Association, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the American Cancer Society. Ms. Hutchins received her B.A. degree with honors in Pharmacology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
As Chief Medical Officer at One Medical , Dr. Dobro closely supports large employers and plan sponsors. In addition to ensuring quality outcomes in the enterprise, he oversees value-based clinical design and contracting to help One Medical continue to be an industry leader in quality and value. He previously served in leadership roles at Redbrick Health and Willis Towers Watson.
Dr. Marc-David Munk is the Chief Medical Officer at Iora Health, a rapidly growing healthcare company that delivers a unique model of team-based primary care to patients in seven states. Dr. Munk received his medical education in Philadelphia and completed residency and fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. He earned a Master of Public Health degree in epidemiology from Boston University. He also earned a Master of Healthcare Management degree from Harvard University.
Lauri Rustand has a wide-ranging background in healthcare management with over 30 years of experience in hospital, health industry association, and physician group practice settings. As the Mid-Atlantic Market President of Privia Health, she is responsible for the Virginia, Maryland, and DC markets. Ms. Rustand has also served for 10 years as CEO of Fairfax Family Practice Centers, the largest family medicine practice in the Mid-Atlantic region, which joined Privia in 2015. Her prior experience includes many years as CEO of Virginia Heart, which became one of the largest cardiovascular groups in Virginia during her tenure, and roles with UCLA Medical Center and Inova Health System.
