Dr. Brown is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has over 30 years of experience as a practicing clinician; two years’ experience as a medical director for a large insurance company in Memphis; and over five years as a physician executive at a large nonprofit hospital in Memphis with employed providers, and has close ties to the independent physicians through her association with the clinically integrated network. Her passion is turning policy into deliverable plans for physicians and all clinicians through physician and management engagement.

As Manager of Government Relations, Brian manages the policy portfolio for Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota, researching and analyzing public policy and engaging with elected officials and other stakholders throughout the policymaking process. In 2012, he began managing the Healthcare Quality Coalition, a group of hospitals, physicians, health systems, and associations advocating for value-based healthcare policy.

As the President and CEO of St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare (Heritage), Kevin Manemann oversees ambulatory operations and support services for Heritage in Northern and Southern California, Providence Medical Foundations in Los Angeles and Covenant Medical Group in Texas. Together, they represent more than 3,000 physicians, 7,000 employees and 1.2 million patients served about 385,000 of which are at risk lives resulting in $1.8 billion in gross revenue.
