Previously, he served as Chief Medical Officer and SVP at NAMM California, was a senior level medical director for UnitedHealth Group, and actively involved in corporate level management at Optum Health. Earlier, he was an emergency room physician for over 20 years. Dr. Desai is board certified in internal medicine and emergency medicine.
