Dr. Stuart Levine is currently the Chief Medical and Innovation Officer for Agilon Health, a physician group and IPA platform providing integrated and coordinated care in multiple geographies powered by advanced technology supported by Clayton, Dubilier and Rice. Dr Levine is also the CEO and President of Medical Innovations Inc., a health consulting firm for which he is the founder. He is an operating advisor to some of the largest and most successful private equity firms in health care including Clayton, Dubilier and Rice.

Dr. Wulf is the first physician Chief Executive Officer of COPC, assuming this position in 2013. Prior to this role, he served as the Corporate Medical Director of COPC for seven years. Bringing 30 years of medical and leadership experience, he was a leader among the founding physicians that helped establish COPCP, Inc. in 1996.

Dr. Desai has worked at the health plan level and group level for16 years. Previously, he served as Chief Medical Officer and SVP at NAMM California, was a senior level medical director for UnitedHealth Group, and actively involved in corporate level management at Optum Health. Earlier, he was an emergency room physician for over 20 years. Dr. Desai is board certified in internal medicine and emergency medicine.

Dr. Manoj K. Mathew is a physician executive with valuable experience and insight in population health and coordinated care. As an Internal Medicine physician with Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care, he began his career in 2000 as a PCP and then focused on Acute and Post-Acute care.
