Dr. Robert McBeath is President of OptumCare Mountain West Region. In this role, he oversees all of OptumCare's Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado clinical operations, including Nevada's largest multispecialty medical group practice, Southwest Medical, and several affiliated companies. Previously, Dr. McBeath founded Urology Specialists of Nevada in 1996, guiding its growth into a practice of 13 physicians and advanced practice clinicians and creating an integrated, leading-edge urologic cancer treatment center and several aligned healthcare businesses. Dr. McBeath has also served as Chief of Urology for Mountain View and Summerlin Hospitals and Chief of Surgery for Summerlin Hospital. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery and Gynecology at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
