David Morales is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Steward Health Care System, New England's largest integrated community healthcare provider. Morales manages various business units including the Strategic Business Solutions Group, which implements value-driven solutions companywide, and the federal and state public policy and analysis group.

One of the key architects of Massachusetts Health Care Reform law (Chapter 58), Morales previously served as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy (now the Center for Health Information and Analysis).

Steve Neorr currently serves as Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer of Triad HealthCare Network (THN), the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) affiliated with Cone Health, and Chief Executive Officer of HealthTeam Advantage (HTA), Cone's provider-let Medicare Advantage health plan. His responsibilities include all activities, operations and strategic planning for both THN and HTA.

Mara McDermott serves as the Vice President of Federal Affairs for CAPG, heading up the association's federal legislative and regulatory activities in Washington, DC. Mara works on behalf of CAPG member organizations to advance policies that promote coordinated care. This role includes advocacy and education efforts with members of Congress and their staffs, the Administration, and other health policy stakeholders.

Travis Broome is Vice President of Policy at Aledade, a new company helping doctors stay independent and thrive in the transition to value based care. Joining Aledade early on, Travis helped Aledade grow from two to 20 ACOs. Today, he is a thought leader on accountable care and is responsible for strategy development, policy analysis and economic modeling. Prior to Aledade, Travis was a Regional Director at CMS.
